Refs kit out developing countries

BORDERS rugby referees have been donating their old gear to the IRB Kit programme, which distributes unwanted shirts, boots, balls and other equipment to developing countries.
After receiving new kit from sponsors Scottish Hydro Electric, the officials were encouraged to donate some of their previous kit to the programme, with in excess of 400 items being donated in total.
