EARLSTON

Members of Earlston Golf Club enjoyed their outing to the Woll in Ashkirk for the Black Bull Shield earlier this month. And everyone was a winner when the Black Bull Inn sponsored the club's outing – all 34 participants received a prize.

The shield was won by James Brotherston with Michael Hyslop and Angus Baxter taking second and third place respectively.

The longest drive was by Angus Baxter and nearest the pin was won by David Johnston.
